How to Create Tassel Banners

I love the look of banners. I especially love it when you can add little details to a banner. And using a tassel die is the perfect way to do so. For this project, I used two different dies from Echo Park Paper: a banner die and a 3D Tassel die. This makes quick work of any banner. These are two of my favorite dies I own.

By using my favorite colors of tissue paper, I created a beautiful dynamic banner. For the tops of each tassel I folded, gold washi tape around the folded area so it would hold together. This makes it look a little more luxe.
